Responsibility for links
With the judgment of 12th September 1999 - 312 O 85/99 - "Responsibility for links" - the District Court of Hamburg has decided, that one is if so also responsible for the contents of external links. This can - acc. to the District Court - only be prevented if you distant you explicitly from this contents.

Herewith we distant us explicitly from all contents of external pages and graphics and don´t adopt anything. All offences against consisting right, conventions and moral, which we know, cause cancellation of links, contents, graphics and others.
