System installed on ECR-console
• The measuring process can swichted from PC-Host-Operation to Stand-Alone-Operation of the Datenloggers every time while a measurement is running.
• An approriate measuring time interval adjustments allows a complete record of the measured values (not only temperatures) at different places (here linerwall temperatures of different cylinders) over weeks
• Every measurement cycle of the data logger Jede im intelligenten Datenlogger erfaßte Meßroutine kann per Download vom PC aufbereitet und archiviert werden.
• Alarm signal outputs at reaching defined limits
• Stored temperature curves can be printed via the colour printer.
     
     

Installation Examples of the System

The pictures of the ECR-console shows the Notebook-PC in a mould. Upon customer request the data acquisition device (Datalogger) can be alternatively installed seatight on the console (a) or integrated in the console as other instruments (b). On the picture the printer is also installed on the ECR-Console.

LINERWALL-Temperature Measuring Systems
(installed at the main engine (ME))
• ME-liners are equipped with 1-4 measuring points, where any measuring point can be used for locating temperature sensors.
 Stationäres Temperaturüberwachungssystem
• Temperature measurement via Thermocouples or resistance thermometers (PT100).
• The digital temperature indication displays are designated with the corresponding cylinders.
Supervising of limit values is programmable.
• Proper locations for the indication panel is the aft end of the main engine (on cylinder station) or the area of the emergency control console.
• Measuring system is designed for a max. Temperature indication of appr. 350-400°C.
